Now Hiring: Material Handler

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Saturdays required for the foreseeable future

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our production team. In this role you will support the batching department by preparing ingredients transporting materials assisting with juice production and pasteurization and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a hands-on position with an opportunity to advance into a Batcher role.

Responsibilities

• Locate verify and accurately record lot code numbers for production ingredients.

• Assist Batchers with juice production and pasteurization processes.

• Operate electric pallet jacks to transport ingredients and materials throughout the facility.

• Move 55-gallon drums and other production materials as needed.

• Operate computer-controlled equipment and assist with product testing.

• Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to production requirements.

• Clean equipment and production areas to maintain sanitation and food safety standards.

• Follow all safety quality and GMP procedures while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and stable work history.

• Ability to learn new processes and work independently.

• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.

• Basic math skills for weighing and measuring ingredients.

• Strong attention to detail especially when identifying and documenting lot codes.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable standing walking climbing stairs and working in a wet noisy manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
