Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR)

Manpower is recruiting a Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR) on behalf of our client. In this role you will use your strong customer service and technical skills to respond directly to customer requests and support the Account Manager team with applications product selection and installation of industrial rubber products. You'll spend time interacting with customers to determine their needs and help provide the right solutions. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction retention and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support and problem solving for rubber applications systems and supporting components to customers and branch sales/support associates.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quotes and product sourcing.

• Build customer satisfaction and sales by assisting with product selection interchange and replacements cycle time reductions and overall customer satisfaction.

• Complete timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven customer service or sales experience.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong listening negotiating and effective questioning skills.

• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam and drug screen.

• Industrial rubber products application knowledge (conveyor belting fabrication splicing) preferred.
