Position Title: Experienced Machine Operator
Location: Spokane Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 – DOE/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Overtime: Required overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Spokane Valley. This is a “start fast fail fast” opportunity for someone who already has at least 1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience and can step into production with minimal training.

Candidates must be dependable able to work 40+ hours weekly and comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience

• Ability to read and understand basic part drawings and prints

• Ability to use:

  • Tape measures

  • Calipers

• Experience operating basic manufacturing equipment such as:

  • Shears

  • Press brakes

  • Stamping machines

  • CNC equipment

• Must be able to read and understand English for work orders and BOMs

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Job Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating production and fabrication machinery

• Deburring and cleaning parts

• Counting stacking and moving materials

• Standing for extended periods throughout shift

• Lifting up to 50 lbs

• Bending moving and handling production parts

• Working in a hot indoor manufacturing environment

• Completing general labor and machine operation tasks

• Submitting timecards on Mondays

• Maintaining productivity and attendance expectations
