What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for customers you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional banking experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while following established procedures.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

• Assist customers by identifying banking products and services that may meet their financial needs.

• Refer customers to banking specialists when appropriate.

• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.

• Work collaboratively with branch team members to deliver outstanding service.

• Meet referral goals through both in-person and phone conversations.

• Maintain compliance with banking policies security procedures and government regulations.

• Demonstrate reliability professionalism and punctuality each day.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience in customer service cashiering bookkeeping retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.

• Comfortable handling cash and working with numbers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Windows applications.

• Strong math problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Professional phone and email communication.

• Ability to build trust and develop strong customer relationships.

• Ability to work branch hours and lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
