A well-established manufacturing company in the Spokane area is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong machining experience who takes pride in precision work and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes mills and other machining equipment to produce precision parts

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications

• Set up machines and adjust controls to ensure accurate tolerances

• Measure finished parts using micrometers calipers and other precision tools

• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order

• Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manual Machinist in a manufacturing or machine shop environment

• Strong knowledge of manual machining processes and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience using precision measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full-time position

• Day shift

• $28–$30 per hour depending on experience
