Production Operators
$17.00/hr + shift differential
Tues -Friday Saturdays as needed
D- 6:00am-2:30pm
S -2:00pm-10:30pm
G -10:00pm-6:30am
About the Role:
Working on the production line packaging products. This position is very repetitive as they are counting packages labeling items and other tasks as assigned. Must have high attention to detail and adhere to all safety procedures and follow established quality requirements for each product.
Your Responsibilities

Efficiently operate production machinery following training and certification

Ensure all quality and safety standards are met maintaining high production standards

Support a clean safe and organized work environment
-
Actively participate in cross-training and work station rotation to support overall team efficiency

Work collaboratively to meet production goals and deadlines
-
Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards including GMP QSR/ISO FDA and OSHA requirements
What we Need from You:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience: Prior experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing setting is preferred
-
Skills:
-
Ability to read and interpret guidelines and complete paperwork accurately
-
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
-
Proficient in basic math (addition subtraction multiplication counting)

Team-oriented with good communication skills
-
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to recognize quality product standards

Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
-
Regular lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds
-
Good manual dexterity for grasping small objects and performing intricate tasks
-
Vision abilities for distance color differentiation and focus adjustment
