What You’ll Do

• Assemble inspect and test products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Use hand tools power tools and testing equipment.
• Read work orders and follow production drawings and instructions.
• Install and secure components using various assembly methods.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading writing and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependability flexibility and a positive team attitude.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods handle small components and frequently lift up to 15 pounds. Some positions may require lifting up to 75 pounds.
