• Full-time (40+ hours/week)

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Wednesday – Sunday schedule (weekends required)

• Overtime required (up to 6 days/week at times)

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable individuals for a long-term Anodizing Production Associate opportunity in Spokane Valley. This is a physically demanding manufacturing role requiring consistency reliability and strong attendance. This is a temp-to-hire position with full benefits upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Rack spray and count parts/pans

• Powder coating and masking

• Clean equipment and production areas

• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs

• Stand for long periods in a hot manufacturing environment

• Follow written and verbal work instructions

Requirements

• Reliable attendance is required (no excessive call-outs)

• Ability to work full scheduled shifts including weekends

• Ability to stand 8+ hours and perform physical labor

• Must be able to read and understand English

• Ability to work in a hot fast-paced production environment

• Must be okay with overtime and extended schedules when needed

Dress Code

• Long pants required (no shorts)

• Shirts with sleeves required

• Closed-toe work shoes required

• No open-toe or inappropriate clothing
