With the snow season over Parker would like to modify the work assignment for Clayton Webb. His core schedule would be Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (10-hour shifts) beginning Monday March 16.

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Shop Support** associate to provide general assistance for assembly fit welding forming and machine operations. This position also includes **seasonal snow removal duties during winter months** to ensure safe and efficient shop and site access.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide support for assembly and production processes including fitting welding forming and machine operations.
* Inspect completed work for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
* Assist with purchasing and material handling: source parts supplies and equipment according to company policy while optimizing cost delivery and quality.
* Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement opportunities.
* Operate hand and power tools including grinders bandsaws shears polishers and drill presses.
* Clean and maintain parts using manual and chemical cleaning methods (hand-wiping solvent and alkaline/caustic solutions).
* Follow and interpret written instructions sketches and technical drawings.
* Check dimensions using calipers micrometers gauges and inspection devices.
* Document and report faulty operations or unsafe conditions.

**Requirements:**
* Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment.
* Physically capable of lifting bending and operating equipment.
* Prior experience with shop tools and snow removal equipment is a plus.
* Must be dependable and punctual for early morning shifts.
