TIG Welder – Day Shift
Position Title: TIG Welder
Shift: Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented TIG Welder to join our production team on day shift. The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel aluminum while maintaining safety and production standards.
Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal materials and assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints drawings and work instructions

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met

Measure cut and prepare materials for welding

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Assist with fabrication and production tasks as needed

Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
-
Previous TIG welding experience

Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
-
Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Basic fabrication knowledge is a plus

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Welding certification preferred but not required
Work Environment

Manufacturing / fabrication shop environment

Day shift schedule with possible overtime opportunities

Exposure to heat sparks noise and industrial equipment
