Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Associate (HVAC Support)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support HVAC operations. This role will assist with receiving large truckloads preparing orders and ensuring efficient warehouse flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented safety-conscious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist receiving team with large incoming shipments
Unload and load trucks efficiently and safely
Pull and stage orders for next-day delivery
Prepare paperwork for drivers and ensure order accuracy
Use RF scanners to track inventory and orders
Move and organize product to optimize warehouse space
Pull orders for counter sales
Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and organization
Retag shelves and assist with inventory organization
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience
6 months of sit-down forklift experience
Experience using RF scanners (training provided on internal systems if needed)
Qualifications
Background in warehouse operations including shipping receiving delivery and inventory preferred
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge
Experience operating a sit-down forklift
Ability to read and understand invoicing systems and RF scanning devices
Capable of bending twisting pulling and standing for a full 8-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Receive verify stage and stock incoming materials
Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment at all times
